The 2011 Official Fair Guide will help you maneuver the fairgrounds, learn a little more about our concessionaires, exhibitors, Scott Valley Bank Grandstand events and PremierWest Bank Mall Stage activities. A spectacular showcase of talents, traditions and heritage from Siskiyou County will be on display throughout the grounds.
The mission of the 10th District Agricultural Association is “To promote excellence in agriculture awareness and education through the Siskiyou Golden Fair and interim programs.” The 10th D.A.A. Board of Directors and staff has once again filled the fairgrounds with action packed, memory making opportunities for our patrons and exhibitors. There will be incredible edibles and lots of fun for everyone at the 2011 “Blue Ribbon Affair”, the Siskiyou Golden Fair.
The economy continues to dictate where income is spent and we have worked hard to make this fair truly affordable. For those Families that have supported us for generations or if you are coming to the fair for the first time this year, we say THANK YOU!
New this year is our Wednesday opening time, 3:00PM, Siskiyou Telephone’s “Everyone’s A Kid Day” where everyone 6 years old and older will get in for only $2.00. Bring the family and kick off 5 days of fun with all of us at the Siskiyou Golden Fair. McDonald’s Kids day on Thursday lets all kids 12 and under in FREE, Friday’s Medical Center Pharmacy Senior’s Day combines with FREE Fare Friday on the Siskiyou Stage so anyone 62 or older can get a FREE ride and FREE entry into the fair. Saturday the Siskiyou Central Credit Union Farmer/ Rancher Day has regular admission and Sunday the KTVL Family Day will have FREE admission for all fair patrons!
Blue Ribbons will be won by hundreds of exhibitors and you will have opportunities to create memories all over the fairgrounds. With excitement galore, the young and young at heart will take home an award winning memory from the 2011 Siskiyou Golden Fair.

Kids 3 years and up can literally “walk on water” inside these 7’ clear bubbles! Fun for kids and adults of all ages!!
Krazy Bikes:
Have you ever seen a bicycle built to steer backwards, or tried to ride it for that matter? Stop by the Krazy Bike booth and try your luck on this one-of-a-kind bike!
Pit Stop Mobile Racing:
Test your driving skills and challenge your friends on this NASCAR race track!

Nuggets of Knowledge Scavenger Hunt - sponsored by AAA: Take a trip around the fairgrounds to find clues about the Siskiyou Golden Fair and this great county we live in! Play every day for a chance to win daily prizes.
Mini Games:
Inspired by the hit TV show “Minute to Win it” these mini games could pop up anywhere - the Mall Stage, the Small Show Ring, who knows?! No entry fees or forms required - just a great sense of humor and a little luck!
Food:
Jungle George: Are you wild enough to try rattlesnake? How about alligator or even scorpions? Stop by this booth for a walk on the wild side. You can also head over to his Corn Roaster booth for hot corn on the cob and turkey legs!
